• Ready‑made items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Made‑to‑order items: Processing can take 7–14 business days, depending on the complexity of the design. If your order contains both ready‑made and made‑to‑order items, they may be shipped together once all items are complete.

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method and your location. Typical UK delivery is 2–5 business days. International delivery times vary and may take longer due to customs processing.
